Salve,
Ho appena provato a configurare il mio diretto 2019 su MY E Trining.
Tutto ok scelgo di connetterlo al Pc portatile e utilizzo la connessione bluetooth.
Ora ho due problemi:
1) non viene rilevato il valore della velocità mentre gli altri dati di potenza e cadenza invece si.
2) non riesco a fare la sincronizzazione del dispositivo, la inizio e poi fallisce disconnettendo tutti i sensori collegati in Bluetooth.
Detto ciò ho collegato il garmin 520 al Direto e invece funziona normalmente riportando tutti i dati.
Come posso fare???

Probabilmente si tratta di un problema di configurazione.
La rifaccia e quando le viene chiesto se ha sensori di potenza/cadenza esterni, lasci l'opzione a "no".

Se ancora non dovesse riuscire a effettuare l'accoppiamento, contatti l'assistenza all'indirizzo myetraining@elite-it.com

Hallo. I have the same problem as Lullialessio has. For the first I had a big problem to calibrate my Direto on PC. After reseting trainers and PC the calibration of trainer was succesfull. Now I can see on my PC in my training all values (power, heart rate, cadence) without speed and distance.
I also have a screenshot of settings, connected sensors and workout with running values if you need them.
On mobile Samsung A5 I can see all values including the speed and distance. What´s the problem, please?
About calibration I can say that a repeated calibration attempt sometimes works and sometimes not.

Can you help me, please?
