Suddenly zero power and cadence

My Direto has been working fine over Bluetooth with my iPhone until last night when on Zwift when suddenly cadence and power dropped to zero. I kept pedalling and after about 30 seconds it came back but only for about another ten minutes when it went again and hasn’t come back. It shows as connected in Zwift. I have connected to the MyETraining app and gone through calibration but it gets stuck on the ‘pedal faster’ screen. I have deleted and reloaded all apps. Rebooted the Direto but all to no avail. It worked faultlessly for the first 5 weeks so now completely fed up.

I'm having this exact same issue. I've been riding for about a month flawlessly and now all of a sudden it drops for about 5 to 10 seconds every 5 minutes or so. I've been disconnecting. Everything wireless in the room and resetting everything and haven't solved it. Super frustrating.

Has there been any resolve for this problem. It's killing my workouts.

My connection never came back eventually and the unit had to be replaced under warranty.

I've only had mine 4 days and this is happening to me. Fine for about 30 minutes then just keeps dropping out.
An answer would be nice!
