Direto is not working

Hi,
I have a problem with my Direto. So far, it worked perfectly, but from 1 month back I experience an issue with my trainer. After 3-4 minutes of using it stops working and doesn't show any effort (no watt, no cadance), but only give a continuous sound from trainer. I tried it with Zwift and with my E-trainer. I tried on desktop PC with ANT+ sensor, and on Ipad pro through bluetooth. None of them worked after 3-4 minutes. Please help me! Thanks! Zoltán

This is quite a strange behavior.
