Hi,
My Direto has been nothing but trouble since I bought it last year. So much so that I gave up using it - the long spell of decent weather helped! Now I’ve had surgery and need to use it to recover.
1. When connected to my Garmin 1000 the power and cadence are way out https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/.
2. It won’t connect to my iPad using Bluetooth (not my iPhone). And so I can’t recalibrate it using Mytraining app. Which by the way when I watch videos online calibration seems overly complex with Allen keys etc. What happened to the idea of plug and play?

So any advice would be gratefully received on how to fix these basic problems.

Honestly, calibration is very simple... it's a simple spindown calibration (you have to overcome a certain speed, then stop pedaling and wait).
Sometimes it is necessary to tighten the belt, but this is also a very simple procedure (and usually it's not necessary).

That said, let's check your issues.
First of all, it's necessary to understand why you're not able to connect to the trainer using your iPad or iPhone.
Which error do you get exactly?
Are you sure that bluetooth and also position (gps/localization) are both active?
