Resistance control

Hi from my elite direto.
I have some issues regarding the resistance level modulation in the training level mode with my e training app with ant + connection. Sometimes it works but most of the times turning up the resistance doesn't have any effect on the hardness of the pedalling. I have already tried to relaunch the app or to recalibrate the smart trainer or just to reset it without any result .
Someone could help me ?

Agh!!! I have the same problem. I'm hoping somebody from Elite can help us out.

Something happened. Last week during a training session the resistance worked pretty well . Also the calibration and all other stuffs. The green light was steadily on. I supposed that it worked because I opened the app before aven touch my Garmin. Unfortunately yesterday I repeated exactly the same procedure but the smart train did non react to any app change.. the green light was flashing this time. Please help form admins
