After a few weeks break, the trainer is very noisy

Hi,

After a break from some weeks (the weather was so good , I used today my trainer again, and it was very noisy in comparasion to my last use (more twice as loud as before)
Whats wrong, and what can I do ?
I think a have 2 Years Garanty on the device ?

Hi

It's necessary to hear the noise to understand better the situation.
Please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and add a video in which is possible to hear the noise.
The guys there will tell you what to do.

About warranty, it depends on the countries. In Europe warranty lasts 2 years.
