From the first use, the light keeps blinking continuously and does not appear to stabilise into a normal operating state. The trainer does not behave as expected, and the blinking seems to indicate that something is not functioning correctly.
What I’ve observed:
- The unit is brand new (first setup/use)
The LED keeps blinking persistently (not just during startup)
The trainer does not seem to fully initialise or connect properly
Issue happens consistently every time I power it on
What I’ve tried:
- Power cycling the trainer
Rechecking all cable connections
Attempting to connect via app
Question:
Has anyone experienced this issue with a new Direto XRT? Does the blinking light indicate a specific error (e.g. firmware, connection, hardware issue), or could this unit be faulty out of the box?
Please help, this is a new product.
