Elite Direto unable to connect via ANT+ or BT

Hello. I'm no longer able to make a stable connection with my Elite Direto, neither via ANT+, nor via BT. When I power on the device I see it for a few seconds in the list of detected devices (on PC with BT and ANT+ dongle or Garmin watch), but after a few seconds I lose this connection. Try a full reset by unplugging it for a few minutes, then test again.Retro Bowl If the problem persists, contact Elite support—this behavior isn’t normal, especially if the signal drops right after detection.
