Not behaving smartly in Zwift

Postby mcjennie » Mon Dec 13, 2021 10:11 pm

Can any one please explain why my Elite Direto xr only behaves 'smartly' in Zwift when in the 'just ride' option? If I use any of the training sets it doesn't alter resistance at all. I have tried connecting via Bluetooth, via Ant + and using ERG mode and not using ERG mode.

Must be a configuration issue.
You have to select Controllable Trainer; if you use ant+ protocol, choose the option with fe-c word on it.

Here's a document on how to configure the trainers with Zwift:

Thank you for this. I have configured it as the article says and it still doesn't seem to work. However, Zwift was crashing constantly last night so i will try again and see if it works.
