I went onto advanced configuration to add my hr monitor and the screen keeps flashing “wear your cardio belt” and does not add it why? My hr belt is from the garmin 735xt

Turno is not an interactive trainer or a simulator. It doesn't have a resistance control.
Simply, its resistance grows quickly with speed.

If you want a direct drive, you should give a look at Drivo and Direto.
Otherwise, you can consider Rampa or Qubo Digital Smart B+. Or the Arion Digital Smart B+, if you like the rollers.
