for us is important to understand the cause of this kind of issues.
Please run my e-training Desktop and click on the support icon (upper right corner). A windows with lot of information will appear.
Then write to our customer care at
myetraining@elite-it.com adding all those information and a description of the issue.
If you get any error when the software crashes, add also a screenshot of the error.
Finally, also in windows search box type the word "cmd". A dos prompt will appear. Type in the word "ver" and you'll be replied with the build version of your windows os. Add also this in the email.
