Amstel Gold Race - fails to download.

1. I have just purchased the Amstel Gold Race download - I have now tried to download this 3 times and on each occasion after downloading 24.8GB of data, taking over 2 hours to do so each time, it fails to download correctly and says - download interrupted.

It then starts to download again - and again.

This has used up all the data I have on my Broadband as I am on metered Data in the UK. I am now without Broadband for the rest of the month. :(

Is there anything wrong with the download.

2. I also have several video DVD's of courses which I have brought. Can I still use these or have an authorised download in place of the DVD's that now can not be used after purchase.

About the download that isn't saved, try in this way:
- create a new folder on your desktop (call it "MET Videos")
- run my e-training Desktop and select setting
- the last option is the location where the videos are saved; change it and select the folder on the desktop
- try to download again the video

If the problem is not solved, contact our customer care (see the instructions on how to contact us in the software).

About the video you already have in DVD format, you have to contact the customer care attaching the photos of the original DVDs. We will activate a free download for them.
