The video can not be opened after downloading.
Attempted to download several times but it does not work and also with other videos.
What is the solution for this?

It may be that the default folder where the downloaded video should be saved is not available or it is protected from writing.
Create a folder on your desktop.
Open the settings, the last option is the location of the downloaded videos. Change it and select the new folder you've created.
Then, try downloading a video and let me know if this time all works properly.
