Insufficient disc space Realvideo

I have bought and tried to download a route video on my iPadPro. Despite the video being less than 3gb it is telling me I don't have enough disc space. I have nearly 20gb of space. I've tried resetting the iPad but it still downloads and then stops with the 'insufficient discspace error'. Any solutions?

Be sure that you don't have other videos in the download list (memory is allocated immediately).
Also, restart the phone. If the problem is not solved, uninstall the app and install it again.
