Hi, I just bought an Novo Elite Smart trainer from Halfords which came with 12 months free my E-training. I registered and entered all the details, but I get the message "Error occurred during coupon activation" so I can't access the software please help.

Please contact the customer care and specify the email account you use in the app. Also add a photo of the coupon code.
