Dropped Km/h

I don't know if my app updated automatically, but suddenly I have dropped 10Km/h doing the same wattage. I have a Turbo B+. Anyone else experience this and find a solution? reinstall didn't change a thing. Was wondering if anyone knew how to get a hold of a prior version of the software.
