Alternative payment options?

Hi I've been using Android app for a while, however recently I've switched to de-googled Android and ported over MyETraining app. One problem I've encountered is that my subscription ran out and when I try to renew in-app it just hands there. Are there any alternative options to pay for subscription other than in-app?
