Training doesn't start

I've recently started using the Elite Direto XR-T. I have no problems with using it on Rouvy or Mywhoosh.

I would now like to try it on My e-training, however, I cannot seem to start the level workout (which is free). I believe I have established a bluetooth connection with my windows PC and a heart monitor. The dashboard trainer and heart monitor logos are green. When I start the level workout, the app tries to start (a circle is spinning) until it says there is a connection issue. Right after that I can see the trainer logo is not green in the dashboard anymore (but seems to reconnect in a few seconds).

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT:

I don't know how, but I got it to run from my phone instead of PC. It didn't work with phone either. The reason why I want to use PC is because that seems to be the only way to get my heart rate monitor (apple watch) working (through iphone app).
