Hi,

sometime after October 2024, most of MyRealVideos are going out of sync with the slope of the course. At the start,
they are ok, but during cycling, they either fall behind the slope or move ahead of the slope.

As a consequence, the video either finishes a couple of kilometers before the course ends, or continue on (with slope 0.0'%) for a few kilometers after the course ends.

This is happening on MyRealVideos that were fine before.

Did this happen for someone else? Probably it is related to some update of My e-training?
And what can I do to stop this from happening, it is kind of annoying.

Do you mean old videos behave different (which behaved ok before), or new recorded videos are not in sync?

yes, old videos behave different, for example, the videos that I cycled in April 2024 were behaving ok, and when I cycled the same videos again in October 2024, most of them were out of sync (some of them were ok). In between there was at least one update of the app, I think.

It could of course not be the fault of the update, but maybe a faulty bluetooth connection or some problem with the trainer itself, that is why I am
asking here if somebody else noticed this behaviour.

You can try re-syncing the course files via the software’s “Recalculate Alignment” or similar feature, and if that fails, Slope Game roll back to a previous stable version or contact Elite support for a compatibility fix.
