Low speed of my trainer

IAfter having calibrate my HT (kura elite) on my etraining, the speed it calulcates is very low. I have to push a lot to reach 23km/h whereas i reach at least 10 km/h more when i am on the road... and i can not fix it...
Could someone help me ?
