FTP statistics does not show in history

Good evening
I have done the ftp test and the ftp value is correctly set in the configuration.
Unfortunately, when I now do a training and then open the completed training in the history, the ftp statistics is not shown, as you can see in the screenshot.
In the data summary section, the ftp correctly displayed (see other screenshot).
I run e-training 3.19.2 on an iPad.

What can I do to fix this?

If you use a different device, does the graph appear?
If it is so, uninstall the software and install it again.
If the graph doesn't appear also on the other device, contact the support:
https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket

Just tried it with another device (iPhone), same issue, will raise a ticket as suggested.

That's right, I also changed the device but the above chart still appears
