climbing on realvideos seems low

I use etraining app and the realvideos to ride but the app seems to give low readings on any climbing...videos that are obviously more than 300ft of vertical show just the low total...yet there are climbs of 2-3KM at 3-5% or in one case a climb of 2k with 6-7%....does any one else see this ?
