Regulate the power

Hello, I have an Elite Direct roller. I have seen in the Mytraining configuration that you can regulate the power of the roller. Could you explain to me what this regulation is for? Thank you

Do you mean the power smoothing option?
If it is so, it is used to smooth the power (it does an average calculation on the power values)

Yes, I'm referring to the power smoothing option. I can input a value from 1 to 9. But I don't notice any difference between setting a higher or a lower value.
