App is not working on Laptop

I downloaded the app C:\Program Files (x86)\MyETraining, but the app is not opening on the Laptop?
I approach the Service team and I was advised to deinstall according to manuel "Uninstalling My E-Trainer Software on Windows" which I have done in the meantime 20x, but after installing the software new IT WILL NOT OPEN?

Just to add on was check the MyETraining version 1.16.2.0 which I want to use on Windows 11. Was also wondering why this app is in running
compatility mode Windows 8!, does this mean it is not adjusted to windows 11?

Hi

Please try by cleaning your cache and temporary files.
Then download again my e-training and install it.
Also, remove the win8 compatibility mode.
