Hello everyone,
While doing the training test I encountered a problem. As you can see from the images the powers are not true to what has been achieved. And phase 3 made me lower the power to 80 watts to go up to 500+. Is this normal?
Maybe it's a problem due to the default maximum heart rate?

Thank you for the quick reply.

I use the Direto XRT model. I took the test again and still got the same results. My heart rate goes up to 170+ while the target rate is 159. And even at 170 the software continues to increase the power.
