I recently bought a new Direto XR-T trainer. To set it up I downloaded the .exe-App for Windows and tried to configure the setup.
The app crashes every time I am selecting the appropriate trainer.
Is there any solution?

And where can I find the coupon for the 12 month free trial?

About the crash, first of all uninstall the software and install it again.
Check also if you have any pending windows update.
