Cant see my power meter any more

Since installing your android app and going through the config (which crashed saying installing update but never did anything) I can no longer see my stages power crank on any other devices.

I can't even see the crank on stages own app.

Has you app accessed and tried to update something on the device or has it crashed on a connection and now nothing else can use it? If so how do I clear this connection. Note I said I had separate sensors when setting up as I wished to use the stages power crank not the built in power from the turbo muin b+

Please advise as I now can't seem to track anything. I've tried removing batteries etc but nothing works can't see the power meter.
