My e-training doesn't see new Elite Turno 2017

Hello,
bellow I describe my problem.

I bought Elite Turno Trainer 2017 (Misuro b+).
I have USB ANT+ Stick dongle in my PC(with windows 10).
For instance in Golden Cheetah app everything is connected that's mean that my dongle is ok. Program shows speed, cadence, power etc from Elite Turno Trainer.
The problem is in the Elite My eTraining app.
Firstly the App hasn't got Elite Turno Trainer on the list(range of trainers models). And I can't connect me Device(Elite Turno) with program.
I tried to choose Elite Turbo muin on the list becouse is the most similar to his older brother - Elite Turno. But it hadn't changed anything. The app still doesn't see the Trainer.

My question is when do you fix the problem and add new model trainer (in this case Elite Turno 2017) to the app? And what can I do now? I bought this trainer with app for 12months and I have to start winter workouts :)

Hi

As stated on our website, in this moment the my e-training Desktop pc software only supports the interactive trainers.
We will add the Smart trainers (like Turno) in few months.
Until that moment, you can use my e-training app on smartphones and tablets.

Hi,

That would have been nice if I got that answer in two promised days since I wrote You the first time. I am completly new to this kind type of trainers, and thought, I did something wrong, my laptop is not prepared, or any other problem occcured. But no, instead I got marketing meterials.
Since we are in the marketing, customer service is crucial. Since I did not know, that I would be unable to use it. I would suggest some bonus time on MyEtraining (i.e. days from subscription purchase to the launch of Bluetooth funcionality, and add other trainers to the list). That I think would be fair.

Hi I have elite turno as well what is the setting for the misuro b + how many blink from 1 to 14 thanks

Still the same problems and months later and promises not kept. I have to configure my phone to the Turno B everytime i go on it.
Trying to create a map is pretty pointless as they recognise very few places. I cant create one on the map. I cant create one on tne desktop.
Glad this app is free otherwise i wod be hunting down the programmer.
Wishing i had bought a different trainer now.

I'm sorry for the issues you're experiencing. Please contact our customer care at real@elite-it.com adding as much information as possible (screenshots, device model, os version...)
