Hi,
I 'have been using for 2 years without pb with bluetooth connection for sensors.
Last training was in April
Today I wanted to do a training with the same way but I couldn't launch the programm because as written : " Dongle ANT not connected"
So i couldn''t do my training.
Why does it request ANT as my current usage is through bluetooth ?
No issue on my Garmin which receive well the information from sensors and no issue with my phone for bluetooth
If i have no solution, I will move to another system (zwift or an other).
I thank you for your support
Stef

Re: ant+ and bluetooth
Hi
This usually happens if the bluetooth is not available.
Try with this troubleshooting:

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
i used your check list :
• Make sure the home trainer or the sensor aren't already connected to other devices (Bluetooth does not allow for multiple connections) the only doubt is there, I changed my i-phone since my last usage. I returned the old one to the shop so there is only one i-phone at home
• Try to power down the home trainer, reboot your device, power the home trainer up again and try connecting no power on my Turno
• If the home trainer / sensor features a battery, try replacing it was Ok, no issues with my garmin
When using a mobile device (smartphone / tablet terminal):
• Make sure you conduct the pairing procedure directly from myETraining (do not use the device's Bluetooth menu or you'll get a connection refused message) yes checked
• Make sure that the Bluetooth is active on the device yes
• Make sure the app location authorization is active; follow these instructions to do so
• iOS:
• Open the settings menu on your device done
• Select the myETraining app from the list done
• Enable the location authorization option if not already done done
What is your opinion about the i-phone change ?
Regards
Stef

Re: ant+ and bluetooth
About this:
You can do the same by removing and placing again the battery. Give it a try.
About the iphone, if you have only one I don't see problems.

Re: ant+ and bluetooth
Hi,
Yes I did it and even changed the battery because I got a message on my garmin : ""low battery"
but without success with my issue.
It is surprising because on page parameter the power sensor is well recognised by the bluetooth way
but I have still the message ant+ needed when I want to launch my program, so I cant't use the programm with my Elite appli.

Hi,
To sum up :
I've just tried with Kinomap . No issue : Power information well received to the appli on my i-phone by bluetooth.
--> it is not a problem on my home trainer
On parameter page my e-training sensor is well recognized but not when I launch my training programm because ANT + doodle is requested
Last time I used in April : no issue

Hi
For information :
I solved the issue by fully removing the appli from my i-phone and reinstalling it .
