Hi,

I had just bought a Elite Tuo and the app found my device and when i try to do the calibration i failed. It wanted to pass 33km/hrs
I normally only cycle 25km/hrs and as soon as i tried to pass 22km/hrs it said that i cycle to slow and ask me to try again and cycle fast.
I had already cycle as fast as i can and i can see that the my tire had burned into the red while thing...

What should i do to be able to do the calibration?

Are you sure to have properly mounted the bike on the trainer?
Remember that the tire must touch the roller before you close the lever. When you close the lever, the roller will be pushed "inside" the tire
