does My e-training work with Igpsport HR40?

Hello
I have a new heart rate monitor Igpsport HR40, but neither the My e-training Desktop nor that of my smart phone recognize it, I tried with Rouvy AR and it recognize it immediately.
is there any way to make it recognized?
