My e-training keep loading

I installed the program and when im trying to start workout or test and press play the program just keeps showing the loading icon and nothing happens. Can you help me.

Same problem here, windows 10 app stack on loading at training session startup.
all working smooth on Android app.

An update: using Bluetooth, instead of ant+, is working fine.

I have the same problem on Windows. Does anyone have the latest software (1.16) running with Ant on Windows. Has Elite support anything to say on this. Thanks.
