just purchased direto and can’t redeem free coupon- managed to register the serial number but have then got to put serial code in and have tried numerous numbers that are on the the silver sticker to no avail- any ideas?

I have the same problem, but finds no answers to the question.

I had the same problem (tried the various UUIDs shown within the myPartner app) and finally had to turn around the trainer after I assembled it.
For me it was the number after "S/N:" at the bottom of the trainer, it consists of 3 chars and 6 digits.
