Hi,

Can't seem to get a Bluetooth connection for the My E-training app. Blue light seems to flash as expected but tablet/phone says Could Not Pair

Any ideas?

Don't try to pair the trainer using the bluetooth menu of your device or you'll get a reject message.
Simply run the app and complete the configuration, the app will manage the communication by itself.
