Bluetooth HR sensor does not get detected on Mac My E-Training

Hallo Eiite team

I got my Elite Suito up and running via Bluetooth connection, everything works. The only thing that doesn't is that my Bluetooth HR sensor (Garmin) does not get detected on Mac My E-Training. 
How do I connect a Bluetooth HR sensor on Desktop My E-Training?

I got a coupon 12 months free with the Suito. My E-Training doe not recognize the coupon code. What can I do?

About the HR belt, it should pair.
Try again and be sure that the belt is not connected to something else. If the problem persists, contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com

About the code, contact the customer care adding the code that doesn't work.
Probably it's only a mystiping error (some characters can be a little confusing, like O/0, I/1 or O/Q)
