Connecting a Bluetooth heart rate Sonsor does not work on Desktop

Hello Elite-Team,
I got my Direto X up and running via Bluetooth connection, everything works. The only thing that doesn't is that my Bluetooth HR sensor does not get detected on Windows My E-Training. (It is a Magene heart rate strap)
The same sensor works with other apps on the same computer (like Golden Cheetah or RGT). It also works with the My E-Training on Android, just the Desktop would not connect. (The trainer itself connects just fine in My E-Training Desktop)
In the Windows Bluetooth dialog, the sensor also shows up as a HR sensor (Yes I know I'm not supposed to pair it on system level, so I didn't)
No, I did not have any other apps running and accessing the sensor. I also tried two different USB Bluetooth radios, same result.
How do I connect a Bluetooth HR sensor on Desktop My E-Training?
