my e-Training software won't download and install

I try to download the desktop software voor Windows 10 1909 (latest version) and after downloading 97 MB the finally executable is only 12Kb. And it won't run. What goes wrong with the download?

Problem solved. Download works only with Internet Explorer :cry:
