Anybody use Sufferfest for training?

Hi, I just started the 7 day trial. I have been using Zwift for indoor training but I am curious about sufferfest. Is it more geared towards racing or just increasing performance in general? Thanks

I do, and I love it... Used to use Zwift, but Sufferfest works like 1.000 times better for me.
First thing you should do, is the full frontal test. Then, every workout is customized to you.

You then follow programs depending on what you need/want.

Also, you get yoga, strength exercises and .. Lots of suffering

after I tried it, I've never looked back
