My E Training desktop realvideo!!!

I am having an issue when starting a realvideo session after pressing the start play icon I get an error message saying " an error occurred while reproducing video " please could anyone assist.

Hi guys

Please check if you have the same problem with all the videos or only with some of them (for example, the longer ones).
In particular, check if you have this issue only with myRealVideo or also with Elite official RealVideos (for example Tour of the Moon, which is free).
