ANT+ detection

Hi,
I just got an elite direto trainer and wanted to use it with my e-training.
I'have got an iMac, an USB extension with an ANT+ dongle and the trainer is not detected by the app.
I tried to use it with bkool and it works fine, as soon as i don't leave the dongle on the floor, so I don't understand what's the problem with my e-training desktop.
It also works with the mobile app.
any idea ?
