I would be very interested to use the e-training app...I still have to use Real software version 6.2 from 2012. pdf converter

Hello

for some time, the REAL software has not detected my RealAxiom. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it, and it doesn't detect anything anymore. I unplugged and plugged in again, and nothing. My module is receiving power since the green light is on and the computer receives a signal when it connects it to the computer, but the REAL software cannot find anything.

Can you help me please?

l'aggiornamento che aggiunge il supporto ai vecchi trainer wired non è ancora stato rilasciato ma sarà disponibile a breve

ringrazio l'azienda che oggi ha rilasciato l'aggiornamento del software compatibile con i rulli ANT a protocollo proprietario.
Corro a testarlo subito.

Ciao,
volevo solo condividere la mia esperienza con il software su MAC e il rullo in oggetto.
All'inizio ho riscontrato problemi di connessione, la chiavetta non veniva riconosciuta e l'icona ANT rimaneva in grigio, poi sono riuscito a farla rilevare dal software solo quando era aperto togliendola dall'usb e subito reinserirla, in questo modo i sensori e il trainer venivano riconosciuti ma poi durante l'utilizzo vi erano disconnessioni che non capivo.
Alla fine ho chiuso l'applicazione Garmin Express che lavora in background la quale evidentemente utilizza anche lei dei protocolli ANT per configurare alcuni dispositivi Garmin.
Bene, dopo questa operazione non ho problemi e funziona regolarmente.

Iceman83, glad to see that you can now use your non upgradeable ANT trainer with My E-Training for Windows. The software crashes for me when I try to use it with my RealTour ANT. Several others seem to be having a same problem. I have stopped Garmin Express from running in the background as per your advice. Can yo still use My E-Training for Windows today or has it started to crash for you also?

Good morning,
unfortunately I use the application on MAC and the software license with which I virtualized Windows 10 and on which I used the obsolete Real software has just expired.
However, I only managed to try MyEtraining once and I confirm that I had crashed too.
Unfortunately I have no way of doing other tests. I'm sorry

Iceman83, thanks for getting back. I still can’t get MyETraining for Windows 10 to work. I deleted the old software, deleted the roaming file and loaded software v1.14.2 but it still crashes. I am trying to get a working solution from the Elite Support team. With regards.
