Unable to export

Hi ,
I am unable to export ride files to CSV.
When the email pages comes up and an email address is entered the 'send' icon remains greyed out and I am unable to send the file.
Please advise a soultion.

I think you haven't set an email account yet on your device.
If this is not the cause of the issue, please send a screenshot of the error to
myetraining@elite-it.com explaining the situation

I'm having trouble exporting as well.
From History, pressing Sharing icon.
Press Export to TCX and Ok.
App crashes (message reads myETraining keeps stopping). Using Android. No previous problems exporting rides.
Please advise.

Hi, I'm just having the same issue.
Export to send email stays in outbox but does not get sent.
Share to goggle drive just fails.
Email is registered in the app.
Any suggestion? Help?
