Hi,

This is the message I get when I try to connect my mobile device (Android)
with the bluetooth connection on my Elite Direto:
download/file.php?id=54

I have also tried to connect with my iphone, but same response, I have
tried pedalling as suggested, i have rebooted my phones. Nothing seems so
solve the issue. Can the Elite Direto be rebooted or what is the suggested
course of action to solve this problem?

I'm not sure to have understood.
In the link, I can see that the app has correctly found the trainer. Select NEXT and go on with the configuration
