My e-training Pedaling Analysis

I have searched the forum and not found a thread on the topic of Pedaling Analysis in the desktop version of the software. Having paid for the add-on of Pedaling Analysis (Pedalling) - it doesn't work. It seems to be generally poorly written and poorly supported software. I am using the new (and expensive) Direto XR via USB ANT to a Windows 10 laptop. The pedaling analysis works with IOS app fine but I'd like to have it on PC monitor for convenience.

Pedaling Analysis seemed to work just once on PC and never since. HR data appears on the screen but no other values.

Any suggestions to resolve greatly appreciated.
