Just as is, which are better Real Software VS My E-Training Desktop and mobile, differences.

Before giving the floor to other users, I'd like to tell you something about our two software.

Real is our old software. The first version was released a lot of years ago.
My e-training Desktop, the new software, is its evolution.

Real will be gradually abandoned. It won't be modified.
The assistance (for bug fixing or problems with OS) is granted til summer 2019.
Also, it doesn't synchronize with my e-training app.

My e-training Desktop instead will get new functions and will be continuously improved during next years.
And it is synchronized with the app.


Now, let's see what other people have to say!

Excellent but when all the Real Software features in My E-Training App? like web races?

I just purchased a new Direto and tried out you so called excellent e-training desktop.
So far I have been unable to complete the protocol configuration because it is not
selectable in either ant or bluetooth. I searched this issue on your forum and it appears
that others had the same issue regardless of type of trainer. So when are you going to
fix this? It useless to tell clients that they have a free year of E-training when they
cannot access it. Get real please and fix your mess or find some competent programmers
who can.

If you are not allowed to select the protocol, there may be different causes.

First of all, you have to check what is supported by your pc.

About ant+, you have to connect a usb ant+ dongle to the pc. If still the ant protocol is not available:

- check that the usb dongle has properly been recognized in Windows Device Manager; if not, install manually the drivers (you can find them here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=15jys_ ... fmACnhac3h)

- check if you have any software that can "occupy" the ant dongle at startup (for example, Garmin Express and other Garmin softwares).
If it is so, you can uninstall them, check in the option to remove the automatic start or kill the process in Task Manager before running our software

About bluetooth, you have to verify that your pc hardware has the bluetooth LE inside (not only the standard bluetooth).
if it is a Windows pc, it also has to use Windows 10 (the previous os don't support the bluetooth LE).

la app gia' si sincronizza con il sw del pc?
icordo che fino a poco tempo fa se creavo 1 allenamento con l' app non me la ritrovavo nel pc
