My E-Training app not reading Bluetooth Cadence and Power

Hi

I am trying to calibrate my Suito trainer using the My E-Training App on my Android phone. The app finds and adds the trainer without any issue, but when I try to setup the power and cadence sensors I just get "turning circles" and nothing happens.

I installed an app called BLE Tester, which was able to locate and verify that the sensors are both transmitting data. Any ideas why the app would not pick them up?

I desperately need to calibrate, as the power readings seem to have gone haywire since the last Zwift update and the Zwift calibrate function has made no difference at all.

Once you've calibrated in My E-Training, you can use Zwift again without having to re-pair it.

If that doesn't work, try updating your trainer's firmware using the Upgrado app (from Elite).
