tax code blocking issue

Hello,
I'm not able to use the app at all due a blocking issue about the tax code format: despite is correct an error appear about its format.
The same problem on iPad and iPhone release.

So I'm not able to finish the setup of my Suito.

I also noted, looking at the Apple AppStore review, that this issue is know since at least one year. How can I unlock my situation?

SOLVED: it was related to the inconsistency between fiscal code content and personal data inserted. By the way, the appeared eror message is misleading.
