My E-Training App does not show heart rate

Hi,
I was able to pair my Wahoo heart rate sensor to the My E training app but my heart rate does not show up in the app. I have tried a new battery in the sensor and rebooted the device and stopped and started the app but still nothing. How can I solve this?
