My E Training app can't run on your PC

Window 11 desktop, I could not calibrate Direto X on Desktop PC so I uninstalled My e Training app. I tried to re-install the app but get the message "This app can't run on your PC". But my PC meets the minimum spec requirements. (Will not install on a Windows 11 Laptop either, same error message.
I was trying to use Desktop as I also have problems calibrating using Android app, it only seems to work now and again.
At last, after several attempts, now calibrated using Moto G 5 (but won't calibrate using Moto G31).
