Today I received my Elite Direct XRT and when I try activate the digital coupon in redeem.elite-it.com gove me the error "Coupon activation not possible".

Someone could help me?

Yes, I did all this steps and I have certain that I putted the correct serial number.

I don´t know wh this isn´t working.
